I started looking into filters due to having an old property with lead pipes and needed a solution, not just for the lead in my water but everyhing else thats in it as well, the TDS reading of my tap water was pushing 400 which is barely drinkable so had to find a long term solution and boy did i find it!

Filter arrived within 5 working days and straight after unboxing it, you can tell that it is made to an extremely high quality, everything felt solid and just well very well made.

Install Instructions were absolutely perfect, it took me longer than the 30 mins stated ( about 2 hours to do ) but thats purely because of the age of my house, plumbing and the space i had under the sink which required some pipe rearrangment!

After the install me, the taste difference of my water is like day and night ! Water tastes amazing, and I am now getting a TDS reading of between 10-15 down from near 400!

Cannot fault this product, should of done it much much sooner, and to top it all off, it looks so smart !

The only thing i wss a bit worried about was the flow rate however now that ive been using it for a few days, yes it is a bit slower at filling up cups and bottles etc but personally that dont bother me at all.

If you are looking for something more "convenient" in terms of faster flow rate, maybe you need to spend a little bit more and get one of the more powerful RO system but otherwise if you are like me and that dont bother you, it is absolutely brilliant!

Well done Waterdrop, you have outdone yourselves with this one!

Make sure you meassure your cupboard space under your sink as this does take some space !

I was unsure if this filter was going to get rid of the limescale/chlorine taste in my water. We had a Water2 filter prior to this and it improved the drinking water but not water in the kettle which always tasted like limescale.
Customer Services answered all my questions and I decided to try it.
I am over the moon with my Waterdrop filter wish I had know about it sooner. Perfect water every time now.
